This bowl was orginally turned as part of my first lessons learning woodturning, then refinished several years later. The wood is supposedly from the orchards of Peter Heering, producers of Heering Cherry Liqueur

Small bowl in laburnum wood, with lid of smoked oakwood
The piece of laburnum was given to me by an instructor. The smoked oak was bought from a wholesaler in Haslev, Denmark.
Bowl "Shou Sugi Ban"
This bowl was rough turned in the spring of 2023, and finished in August that same year. The outside is burned, emphasizing the grain structure of the wood.
